When are the semi-finals and who plays who?
Group 1 winners Australia face second-placed India in the first semi-final from 13:00 GMT on Thursday.
In the second semi-final England play South Africa from 13:00 GMT on Friday.
The final takes place at 13:00 GMT on Sunday.
All three games take place at Newlands Cricket Ground, Cape Town.
