England’s third one-day international with West Indies in Barbados was delayed because of rain.
Play finally began at 19:30 BST – two hours later than the planned start time, with West Indies bowling first after winning the toss.
The match was reduced to 43 overs per side.
The series is level at 1-1 heading into the final ODI, with England fighting back to win the second match after losing the series opener.
Meanwhile, West Indies have named all-rounder Andre Russell in their squad for the T20 series against England which follows Saturday’s match.
The 35-year-old Jamaican has not played for the West Indies since the T20 World Cup in 2021.
Rovman Powell has been named as captain for the five-match series while seamer Matthew Forde gets a first T20 international call-up.
The first T20 will take place in Barbados on 12 December.
