Matt Richards tells BBC Sport Wales he will celebrate his two British titles with a burger but then it is straight back to training for the Olympics.
The 21-year-old won the men’s 100m and 200m freestyle titles at the Aquatics GB Swimming Championships – as well as a silver in the men’s 50m freestyle.
He could now swim as many as six events at the Paris Olympics – including relays – and the reigning world champion says he wants to win as many golds as possible.
