Cheltenham v Carlisle and Port Vale v Wycombe in League One are among 10 matches to be postponed because of frozen pitches.
Five games in League Two have been postponed, including Friday’s match between Salford and Colchester.
AFC Wimbledon v Crawley, Bradford v Doncaster, Mansfield v Sutton and Swindon v Tranmere are also off.
In the National League, Halifax v Maidenhead, Rochdale v Wealdstone and Solihull v Dagenham will not go ahead.
Friday is likely to be the last really cold day across England, with Storm Isha set to arrive this weekend.
Mansfield v Sutton has been rearranged for Tuesday, 23 January, while new dates for the other games are yet to be decided.
Frost covers had been on Mansfield’s One Call Stadium pitch for the past 10 days but, while they said industrial hot-air blowers were also used to thaw the pitch, it was not enough to deal with conditions that dropped to -7C in the Nottinghamshire town.
