Former England prop Henry Thomas tells the Scrum V podcast how proud he is to be called up by Wales.
Thomas, 31, has not played for England since 2014 and qualifies for Wales through his father.
He has been selected in Warren Gatland’s extended World Cup training squad and Thomas says being capped by Wales would equal anything he has done in his career.
