Brad Pauls says he is open to a third British middleweight title fight with Nathan Heaney.
Pauls stopped Heaney in the 12th round of their fight in Birmingham on Saturday to become the first fighter from Cornwall to win a Lonsdale belt for 85 years.
The bout was a rematch after the pair drew their first encounter in March.
“It’s something my team’s looking at,” Pauls said, when asked if there could be another bout between the pair.
“But, for me, there’s many doors opening now. The power’s with me.
“But, like Nathan did for me, he honoured the rematch and he’s asked for the same. I’ll do the same if that’s what he wants.
“If not, it could be another British defence against another domestic fighter, or, beating that, it could be a world title shot with my other belt the WBA inter-continental. So there’s many options.”
