Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz has been diagnosed with appendicitis and will miss the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.
The Spaniard will be replaced for the rest of the race weekend in Jeddah by the team’s teenage British reserve driver Oliver Bearman.
