Leicester Tigers came from behind to beat Sale Sharks 22-19 and earn a first Women’s Premiership Rugby win.
Prop Leah Bartlett powered over from close range in the 77th minute to complete the comeback for Tigers.
Claire Gallagher opened the scoring on her first Leicester start, but Sale recovered and took the lead through Molly Kelly and Hollie Bawden.
Tess Feury and Catherine Benson exchanged tries before Meg Jones and Bartlett sealed victory for Tigers.
Leicester remain bottom of the table despite ending their run of seven consecutive defeats, while Sale have two games in hand and are a point better off in eighth.
Tigers host Gloucester-Hartpury in their next game on 3 February, while Sale travel to Harlequins the following day.
